Our services for agreed divorces include the following: Initial consultation; free phone calls and office visits; preparation of all court documents by a paralegal; review of the documants and file by a licensed attorney; and one court appearance by a lawyer to finalize the divorce.

Divorce with Dignity Package Prices

 Agreed Divorce, no children or property                                          $1,500.00 plus court costs

Agreed Divorce, no children with property                                      $1,850.00 plus court costs

Agreed Divorce, with children no property                                      $2,250.00 plus court costs

Agreed Divorce, with children and property                                    $2,500.00 plus court costs

Contested Divorces start at $2,500.00 plus court costs. Retainers are quoted by the attorney during the client's initial consultation, based on the facts and complexity of the case.

Payment Plans Available

If you cannot afford the initial costs of your package, our staff will work with you to design an affordable payment schedule that fits your budget! If you pre-pay the full package price you will receive a 10% discount off the package price. (discount does not apply to court costs)
