The Firm's managing partner, DAVID W. WYNNE is a fifth generation Texan with ties to the Fort Worth Legal Community dating back to 1883. On April 10, 1883, David's fourth Great Granddad, COLONEL RICHARD M. WYNNE, relocated his Henderson, Texas law firm to Fort Worth and engaged in the practice of law. COLONEL WYNNE was a prominent lawyer and man of affairs in early day Fort Worth.
In 1902 the Ft. Worth Star Telegram
reported that former Texas State Senator and 1898 Gubernatorial candidate, COL. RICHARD M. WYNNE, a senior member of the Tarrant County legal community called for the creation of the Tarrant County Bar Association. Colonel Wynne called a meeting at the Tarrant County Courthouse for Saturday September 27, 1902 at which he was elected president.
David W. Wynne was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996. David is a member of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all Texas State Courts, The Federal Northern District of Texas, The Federal Western District of Texas and The United State Supreme Court.
